i pointed out that i did not receive my rr for robitussin and was told by the manager that it was because i used coupons, which we all know is not true.
i didn't ask about the $5 rr for $25 purchase since it was not advertised for this store location. but from what others have said, it should be active for all locations.
i will call catalina (888-322-3814) tomorrow and hopefully they will mail the rr to me. they did this for me once before.
update:
i called the catalina company.
the man i spoke to looked up my receipt and told me:
1) my $5 rr for robitussin and $5 rr for spending $25 did not print due to a printer error.
2) that coupon use does not affect the rr printing for these promotions
3) i will get my $10 in rr in the mail in 6-8 weeks
4) if i make more purchases during this sale and the printer still isn't working, i can call again - no problem!
i heart knowledgeable & courteous employees!
