It would not work with the Walgreens monthly savings digital cpn ($2/2 L'oreal make-up) because the two dollars came off first, bringing the total for two below the $7 manu dig cpn amount.
I found the mascara in the make-up to go area, not the regular L'oreal display on the wall.
