this is the same wags location that i went to thursday and had the printer-out-of-ink problem. this was at another register - i guess they're both out of ink!

the manager kindly gave me credit for the rr's i should have received - but all the while he tried to convince me that they did not print because of using coupons/rr's. i mentioned that the light on the catalina machine was off and maybe it wasn't turned on. so he was going to turn it on and try the purchase again, but he checked and saw that it was out of ink. still, he tried to tell me that if it had been functioning the rr's wouldn't have printed anyway...

i didn't want my boyfriend to do the second purchase, since we knew the catalina machine was not working. but the manager insisted!

oh and he processed returns as "dairy" (which ny state does not tax) so i didn't get my tax refunded this time. also, he entered the exact amounts, so i missed out on the extra $.21 on the toothbrushes, not that i mind. :)
